Quality Pavement was founded in 1975 by Gilbert J. Lutz, who decided to start his own company after working for a local paving firm. Still family owned and operated, Gilbert’s son Bruce J. Lutz now runs the company with the same attention to detail that built the company’s reputation in The Northeast Region of the U.S.
