Why Work with Us?

At Quality Pavement, we pride ourselves on our A+ workmanship from years of experience.

While line striping is an important part of a well-maintained parking lot, there’s a lot more that goes into a successful project than the line painting itself. Unlike most line striping businesses, we don’t simply paint over existing parking lot lines. That’s because no matter how precise we are, we will never be able to match the existing lines exactly, leading to a poor parking lot appearance.

We apply asphalt sealcoating to your parking lot first, before painting new parking lot lines. The result is a parking lot that looks brand new and will serve your needs for years to come.

Our Line Striping Process

  1. Parking Lot Cleaning
We start every project by cleaning the existing pavement using walk behind blowers, power blowers, and hand brooms to remove dirt and debris. This ensures proper adhesion of the pavement sealer.
  2. Treat & Seal Oil & Petroleum Spots
Oil and petroleum spots are cleaned and sealed with oil spot primer to provide a barrier between the spots and the pavement sealer.
  3. Seal Cracks
We clean and fill straight-line cracks over 1/4” in width with a hot-applied rubberized material.
  4. Asphalt Sealcoat
We seal the entire pavement surface with two coats of coal tar emulsion, reinforced with a polymer additive.
  5. Line Striping
We layout and paint the lines for parking stalls and handicapped sections.
